Products Not Subject to Return or Exchange

Return Process

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets the terms of this policy, we will notify you of the status of your return.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The crediting time depends on your bank or payment system.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless we are responsible for an error (wrong item shipped, defective item).

The initial shipping charge is non-refundable if the entire eligible order is returned.
